Before becoming a dietician-nutritionist, Élodie worked as a pharmacist for 20 years and even had her own pharmacy.
Over the years, she started to think more and more that certain natural methods could support a medicinal treatment, or even sometimes avoid its implementation. At the same time, she realised that dispensing drugs was less and less suitable for her. She then took a 180 degree turn by putting an end to pharmacy to train in dietetics and specifically nutrition.
