Leila Mekkaoui

Originally from Belgium, Leila has been living in Lisbon, her adopted city, for nearly twenty years. After an initial career in human resources, she decided to turn towards supporting well-being and trained in Naturopathy, specialising in Foot Reflexology.

In her practice, Leila applies techniques passed on by recognised specialists and combines the use of essential oils and Bach flowers. She offers a holistic approach that takes into account not only the physical body but also the emotional and energetic dimensions of health.

She particularly values human connection and is committed to supporting people with kindness and attentive listening, helping them regain vitality.
