Trained in Paris and Lisbon, Júlia is a clinical psychologist who has been living in Portugal for several years. She has worked with survivors of violence, migrants, and adults.

She works with adults and young adults navigating life transitions, identity questions, or emotional pain. Her areas of focus include trauma, women’s mental health, LGBTQIA+ topics, and intercultural issues.

Her approach is integrative, feminist, and person-centred. She offers a safe and respectful space where each story is welcomed with care.
