« Sometimes taking a step back is enough to change our perspective on a situation. »
Initially trained as a physiotherapist, Virginie Josio quickly completed her training with osteopathy to extend her possibilities of action and find a more global approach to her patients’ problems.
She listens to her patients and is interested in biological, psychological, and social factors before listening to their bodies and tissues to ensure that everything is in motion. If this is not the case, she reinstates this movement throughout the body, using gentle mobilisations to restore balance.
